After submitting the enrollment application, the annual enrollment payment may be submitted by using one of the options below. Choose the enrollment package that matches the number of students in your family, and select either Full Payment or a Four-Month Payment Plan. As soon as the payment and enrollment application have been received, our staff will send an email confirming your welcome/assessment packet has been mailed.
Option 1: Pay in Full via Stripe

If you prefer to pay by check, please make the check payable to St. Thomas Aquinas Academy and mail it to:

Option 3: Select Your Enrollment Package
Select the package that matches the number of students in your family. Each package includes skills assessment evaluations, personalized course plans, planning and advisor support appointments, and access to the member site with family resources and quizzes (Gr. 7+). Enrollment is active until June 30, 2027. All payments below are processed through Acuity Scheduling’s secure site.
Four-Month Payment Plan Terms
Families who select the four-month payment plan are agreeing to the following terms with St. Thomas Aquinas Academy:
Monthly Payments
The annual enrollment fee is divided into four equal monthly installments, charged automatically to the VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card on file. Each payment will be at least 25% of the original total, and charges will continue each month until the balance is paid in full.
Setup Fee & Welcome Packet
A one-time setup fee of $30.00 is included with the first payment. St. Thomas Aquinas Academy will mail the family’s welcome/assessment packet as soon as that first payment (25% of the original total plus the $30.00 setup fee) is received. Please note that optional expedited services may not be added to the account until the enrollment balance is paid in full.
Late Payments
A late payment fee of $25.00 will be assessed for each minimum monthly payment that is not received within 10 days of its due date. If an account becomes past due, enrollment services will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
Enrollment Add-Ons
The following services are available as separate add-ons to your enrollment and are not included in the enrollment packages above. Both may be added at the time of enrollment or after your planning meeting with your academic advisor.
🎓 Transcript Option
The Transcript Option provides an official St. Thomas Aquinas Academy transcript for high school students. Most families choose to submit payment for the Transcript Option when they send in the Course Registration Form after the planning meeting.
📚 Live Online Classes
Live Online Classes are available for select high school courses and are registered separately from enrollment. Families typically register for live classes after the planning meeting, when course selections have been finalized with the academic advisor.
Important Information
If you have not already completed an enrollment application for the 2026–2027 school year, be sure to submit the online enrollment application before submitting payment.
The non-refundable Annual Family Enrollment Fee of $125 is included in each package. Books and materials are purchased separately through your favorite or our recommended suppliers.
